Mental Resilience

Bouncing back after an illness or defeat sounds easier than it is.

Going through hardship, whether that's emotional, biological, social or environmental, is already hard enough. Staying adaptable, motivated or hopeful is really tough during these moments.

So, to be mentally resilient and find a way out of these difficult times a mix of coping strategies, the ability to adjust to changing situations, access to social resources and understanding different perspectives are the basis for greater positive resilience that allows you to bounce back and (re-) create a meaningful and self-guiding life.

Now that AI and quantum techniques are moving at hyper-speed and affecting our lives in more ways than we are aware of, we need skills that protect us, keep us sane while trying to adapt to the new technological changes without blindly accepting all of them.
