Nutrition and Safety go hand-in-hand at SafeMinds.
A nourished body holds a balanced mind
while a balanced mind guides healthy choices.

So many women struggle with staying consistent eating a healthy diet, with their daily wellness practices and with caring for their own well-being. And it is indeed difficult to go through all these steps, whether you have children or not, whether you work full-time or part-time or whether you are retired.
Life is busy. Life is difficult and challenging.
That's why my Nutritional Consulting focuses on your needs for realistic and doable food and diet strategies that are based on natural foods, inspired by the Mediterranean diet with the intention to lower inflammation and increase overall health.
The transition phase will require you to take time out of your busy schedule and into building these new habits, cooking skills, shopping routes and getting used to new spices and flavours.
The goal is to improve the quality of your life and well-being, create internal safety through strengthening your nerve cells, muscles, bones and brain so that you feel confident, resilient and clear.
When we are mindful, when we approach actions with our full attention, when all our senses and our thoughts are present with our current behaviour, we are absorbing life as it is, without judgement and without labeling it. When we are mindful, we put more care and precision into the work. When we pay attention, we consider other perspectives, different approaches and little deviations.
While we are present with our action, we also practice our mindfulness-span. We allow our nervous system to slow down and feel safe.
Our current social environment, especially workplaces, are set for speed and efficiency. It's not about mindfulness, attention or perspectives. It's about fast growth and profit.
So, we not just rush through work but life. That's why mindfulness coaching is so important. We come together and practice being present without judgement or labels. We practice to be slow and to access our inner world.
The more we do this, the easier it becomes to stay attentive, present and thoughtful during stress, pressure and crisis. We feel safe within ourselves, build trust for our knowledge and learn to accept our emotions.
This feeling of internal safety will reach into your other life areas. You will spend more less money, eat slower and nourish better, your relationships will deepen, the meaning of work might change.

Adjust, practice, receive feedback and learn.
Natural, local, seasonal eating, meditations and practices aligned with you.
Meditation, affirmation and other tools build internal trust that grounds you in safety as the foundation for situations that require resilience and action.
