Our 1-on-1 consulting and coaching offer is designed to guide you from overwhelm, stress, and (internet & AI) anxiety, to developing a strong mindset through understanding foundational tech tools and through fostering your soft skills: finding new perspectives, seeing your own limiting believes and thinking patterns, processing your emotions and learning long-term skills so that you can stay balanced in your life while safeguarding your data and yourself. Your limiting beliefs and behaviour spill into your online behaviour.


By trying out new skills, developing new habits and applying new knowledge on your own time, you learn to become accountable, see first-hand what works and what doesn’t, and increase your window of tolerance, and therefore overall well-being - online and offline.
